Coterie Cuisine is a private & personal chef and catering company founded in 2009 by Nicole Rand Weiss. With her love for cooking, entertaining and hosting, Nicole, a self-taught chef, came up with the concept of bringing friends, family and loved ones together through food and wine in New York City.
